  • For this Pilot, we'll be needing both simulation testers and facilitators. What role would you like to adopt for this experience?

  • By submitting this registration form for the Real Life Ready Simulation Pilot (the "Event"), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    • Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure: The Event will involve the disclosure of proprietary and confidential information belonging to Real Life Ready (the "Organizer"), including but not limited to product features, business plans, and other sensitive materials (collectively, "Confidential Information"). You agree to keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential and not to disclose, copy, or use it for any purpose other than evaluating or participating in the Event, without the prior written consent of the Organizer. This obligation survives the Event.
    • Contact Consent: You consent to the Organizer contacting me via email, phone, or other provided contact details regarding the Event, including updates, logistics, follow-ups, and related opportunities.
    • Media Release: You grant the Organizer and its affiliates irrevocable permission to photograph, record, or film me (including my image, voice, and likeness) during the Event and to use, edit, publish, or distribute such materials for promotional, marketing, or other purposes in any media worldwide, without compensation or further approval from me.
