  • Day 1 Server Training

    Welcome to Day 1 SERVER TRAINGING

  • PART 1: Online Training-Complete BEFORE you start with trainer.

    We encourage all trainees to completed their online training before their scheduled shift so that they can have more time on the floor with the trainer. If trainee has not completed the online training portion of Day 1, this should be done BEFORE they start their shift with the trainer.
  • PART 2: "ON THE JOB" Training.

    For Day 1 you will be following your trainer in what we call "attached at the hip" This means the trainer and trainee complete the whole shift together. Trainer should lead at each table and introduce trainee. Between tables explaining tasks and processes. Check off the focus items you were able to spend time on with your trainee. If for some reason you are unable to spend time on a focus, simply do not check that item and note in your training notes.

    Welcome to Day 2 of your server training. We hope you have.

    Role Plays sometime feel silly and can put us on the spot. We have found doing a couple practice runs before leading out tables on the next trainee day can really help. Today starting with the "GREET" Role play each of the server steps. Manager or trainee sits at table and pretends to be guest while Server Trainee goes over each of the steps. with manager or trainer and ready to lead out tables next shift

    For Day 3 Trainer designates one to 2 table in the section that trainee will lead out.with the trainer next to them and ready to help/answer questions as needed. Focus on the 4service steps, Triple Play, and Keys to Amazing Service. The other tables in the section you will follow trainer. Between tables explaining tasks and processes. Check off the focus items you were able to spend time on with your trainee. If for some reason you are unable to spend time on a focus, simply do not check that item and note in your training notes.
  • PART 3: Role Play

    Role Plays sometime feel silly and can put us on the spot. We have found doing a couple practice runs before leading out tables on the next trainee day can really help. Today starting with the "8 Server Steps" Role play each of the server steps. Manager or trainee sits at table and pretends to be guest while Server Trainee goes over each of the steps. with manager or trainer and ready to lead out tables next shift

    For Day 4 Trainer designates two tables in the section that trainee leads out. With the trainer next to trainee, trainee will serve the tables. Trainee follows and observes trainee on all other tables during shift. Between tables explaining tasks and processes. Check off the focus items you were able to spend time on with your trainee. If for some reason you are unable to spend time on a focus, simply do not check that item and note in your training notes.
  • PART 3: Role Play

  • Day 5 Server Training EXPO

    Welcome to Day 5 of your server training. We hope you have.

  • EXPO Training

    The Trainee will spend 2 to 3 hours with the Trainer or Manager. this will help you learn the food, and what items need to be finished by expo or server prior to service.
  • SERVER CERTIFICATION

    Complete the certifiction to recieve $50 Trainer Bonus paid via branch card

    Role Plays sometime feel silly and can put us on the spot. We have found doing a couple practice runs before leading out tables on the next trainee day can really help. Today starting with the "PHONE CALLS" Role play each of the server steps. Manager or trainee sits at table and pretends to be guest while Server Trainee goes over each of the steps. with manager or trainer and ready to lead out tables next shift

Manager or trainee sits at table and pretends to be guest while Server Trainee goes over each of the steps. with manager or trainer and ready to lead out tables next shift
