Menopause Empowerment – Beta Programme Coaching Agreement
This coaching agreement (“agreement”) is entered into between:
SPARRK (“the coach”, “I”, “me”, “my”)
and
The participant (“you”, “your”)
This agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which you participate in the menopause empowerment beta programme.
By enrolling in the menopause empowerment beta programme (“the programme”), you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Nature of the programme
The menopause empowerment programme is an online group coaching programme designed to support women navigating perimenopause, menopause, or treatment-induced menopause through education, lifestyle strategies, emotional mastery, habit-building, and personal development.
The programme is not a medical service.
Although the coach has a medical background, this programme is delivered solely in a coaching capacity, not as a doctor or healthcare provider.
- The programme does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions.
- No doctor–patient relationship is created.
- The programme does not replace medical care, medical advice, or treatment from your GP, consultant, or other healthcare professionals.
You are responsible for seeking appropriate medical advice for any health concerns, symptoms, or conditions.
You agree that you will not use the programme as a substitute for medical care. You remain fully responsible for seeking appropriate medical advice for any health concerns, symptoms, or conditions.
2. Scope and limitations
The programme focuses on:
- education and awareness
- lifestyle optimisation
- emotional and nervous system regulation
- habit-building and routine design
- mindset and personal development
Results vary between individuals. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.
3. Participant responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
- Any decisions, actions, or changes you make as a result of the programme are your responsibility.
- Coaching is a collaborative process and results depend on your engagement and implementation.
- If you have a medical condition, are under medical supervision, or are taking medication, you should consult your healthcare provider before making significant changes to lifestyle, diet, physical activity, or stress-management practices.
4. Programme format
You are enrolling in the beta version of the menopause empowerment programme, which is a condensed version of the full programme. The beta programme runs for 4 weeks.
The beta programme includes:
- Weekly live group coaching calls delivered online
- Access to call recordings
- Supporting materials, templates, and resources
- Access to a private community space
- Weekly symptom tracking and progress check-ins
The coach reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to content or delivery during the beta phase to improve the programme.
Recordings and materials are provided for personal use only and must not be shared, distributed, or reproduced.
5. Beta programme status
You acknowledge that:
This is a 4-week beta version of the 8-week menopause empowerment programme.
Content, structure, and delivery may evolve based on participant feedback.
The full 8-week programme is not currently open for registration.
6. Payment & fees
The beta programme fee is £100 GBP, payable in full before the programme begins.
Access to the programme is granted only once full payment is received.
7. Refund policy
In line with UK consumer law:
- You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase.
- If you cancel within 14 days and before the programme starts, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Once the programme has started, no refunds are available, regardless of attendance or completion.
To request a cancellation within the cooling-off period, you must contact the organiser by email contact@sparrklifecoaching.com
Refunds will not be granted based on personal outcomes or expectations.
If the programme is cancelled by the coach before it begins, you will receive a full refund.
8. Bonuses
BONUS 1
As part of the beta offer, participants receive bonus 1 month free access to fortnightly live symptom-management group coaching calls after the programme ends.
This bonus:
- Has no cash value
- Is non-transferable or deferrable in time
- Bonus sessions must be used immediately after the programme
- Missed bonus sessions cannot be replaced or carried forward
- May become a paid subscription if continued beyond the free period
If the organiser cancels a scheduled bonus session, an additional session will be granted. If a participant does not attend a session, no additional session will be provided.
BONUS 2
After enrolling, participants receive a unique referral code. For each confirmed referral who enrols in the beta programme starting 19 January 2026, participants receive free access to the fortnightly live symptom-management group coaching calls as follows:
- 1 successful referral = 3 months of free access in total
- 5 successful referrals = 15 months of free access in total
- Each referral adds to the total, not on top of the 1-month Bonus 1
This bonus:
- Applies only to confirmed referrals within the limit of available places in the programme
- Has no cash value
- Is non-transferable
- Cannot be exchanged for money, credit, or any other benefit
BONUS 3
As a thank you for participating in the beta programme, participants receive priority access and 50% off the full 8-week Menopause Empowerment programme.
This bonus:
- Must be used within 12 months of completing the beta programme
- Is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money, credit, or any other benefit
- Even if the full programme is not run for any reason, participants are not entitled to financial or other compensation
9. Behaviour and community standards
Participants agree to:
- Treat others with respect
- Maintain confidentiality within the group
- Refrain from sharing harmful, inappropriate, or medical advice
The organiser reserves the right to remove participants who breach these standards, without refund.
Group coaching involves shared discussion. While the coach commits to confidentiality, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed between participants in a group setting. You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.
10. Intellectual property
All materials provided (including recordings, worksheets, templates, and content) are the intellectual property of SPARRK.
You may:
- Use materials for personal use only
You may not:
- Share, copy, distribute, sell, or reproduce materials without written permission
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
The coach is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from participation in the Programme.
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
Nothing in this agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is not permitted by law.
12. Governing law
This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
