Ambassador Expectations
To maintain consistency and ensure a positive experience for both you and our audience, we ask that you follow these basic guidelines:
Social Media Engagement:
- Share posts on your social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) at least 2–3 times per month.
- Create posts, stories, or videos that highlight your experience with our courses or show the results of what you’ve learned.
- Tag our business (@theonlinebeautycourses) to make sure we see and share your content.
Authentic Content:
- Be authentic and transparent about your experience with our courses.
- Share your personal learning journey or any specific skills you’ve acquired from our courses.
- Avoid overly scripted or promotional content; instead, focus on genuine recommendations and insights.
Consistency:
Consistent posting is key to maintaining engagement with your followers.
- Post at least once a month about our courses, keeping the content fresh and exciting.
- Stay engaged with your followers by responding to comments or messages related to your posts about our brand.
Brand Guidelines:
When posting about our brand, please ensure you follow these brand guidelines:

- Focus on positive messaging and avoid any controversial topics.
- Follow any specific instructions we give you for a campaign or promotion.
- No negative reviews: If you have any concerns about our products or services, please contact us directly. We want to keep things constructive and positive in public-facing content.
Confidentiality:
- Keep any sensitive or behind-the-scenes information about our courses or business confidential until we’re ready to release it to the public.
How to Get Paid
Brand Ambassador rewards are processed 30 days after course access is granted or record card packs are fulfilled, ensuring transaction integrity.
Payouts will be issued via the payment method on file within your ambassador account.
Ambassador Tiers & KPIs:
To move up through the tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold), ambassadors must meet their Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets for three consecutive months.
Monthly KPI Targets (to progress tiers):
Bronze Level: £2,500 per month
Silver Level: £5,000 per month
Gold Level: £7,500 per month (to maintain Gold status & benefits)
Minimum Monthly Sales Requirements:
Bronze Level: £500 per month
Silver Level: £2,500 per month
Gold Level: £5,000 per month
If no eligible sales are generated for 60 consecutive days, The Online Beauty Courses reserves the right to terminate the Brand Ambassador agreement.

A: Yes, you are free to work with other brands, but we ask that you keep the promotion of our courses authentic and true to your personal brand. We love collaborations, so if you’re working with other beauty-related businesses, we can help support that!
Q: What happens if I can’t meet the posting requirements?
A: Life happens! If you’re unable to meet the requirements for a period of time, just let us know. We value communication and flexibility, so we can work out an alternative plan with you.
