Applications received after this date will incur a $25 LATE FEE (subject to availability).
You may not sell any alcoholic beverage products.
All vendors will be accepted on a first-come first-serve basis, and booth placement is at the sole discretion of the Beer Cheese Festival Committee. All decisions of the committee are FINAL.
The booth space is 20 ft. x 10 ft.
All Food Vendors must contact the Clark County Health Department for a temporary Food Permit by calling 859-744-4482.
