I confirm that if I hold some important information and complications happened, the stylist will not be liable.

I release this stylist and hold harmless against any claims, expenses, damages, and liabilities.

I AM BOOKING THIS APPOINTMENT FOR MYSELF UNDER MY OWN NAME AND CONTACT INFORMATION. 

Each appointment has a 10-minute grace period, after 15 mins $15 will be added to you total. Your appointment will be cancelled after 20 mins.
- Rescheduling your appointment must take place 24- 48 hours before appointment time.
- same day cancellation result in being charged 50% of remaining balance.
- If card declines you will be blocked from booking until balance paid.
- If you reschedule twice 50% of service will be charged to card.
No call/No show will result in you no longer being able to book with me and 50% charge of remaining balance.
