• 2026 Junk Junktion Depot District Business Participation Form

    Event Information

    • Event Date: Saturday, September 12 - Sunday, September 13
    • Event Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Vendor Setup: Begins at 5:00 AM
    • Participation Deadline: Monday, June 1, 2026 at 5:00 PM

    Depot District businesses are invited to participate as street vendors during Junk Junktion at no cost. Completion of this form is required to reserve a booth space. Failure to submit this form may result in no booth space being assigned in front of your business.

    Each participating downtown business will receive one complimentary 12’ x 12’ booth space. Additional booth spaces may be purchased for $100 per space.

  • DOWNTOWN VENDOR RULES & REQUIREMENTS

    • All participation forms are reviewed upon submission. Please allow up to two weeks for review. Notification will be sent via email.
    • Complimentary booth spaces are limited to items sold at your brick-and-mortar business.
      • Businesses wishing to sell additional or unrelated products must complete a standard vendor application and pay the applicable vendor fee.
    • Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting Missouri sales tax, including the additional 1% Depot District sales tax.
    • Booths must remain within assigned spaces. Items may not extend beyond marked boundaries.
    • Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, displays, tents, and other equipment.
    • Electricity is not provided. Quiet generators under 60 decibels are permitted. Disruptive generators may be shut down.
    • Sidewalks must remain clear at all times for emergency access. Sandwich signs are permitted.
    • Vendors are responsible for their own trash and cleanup. Public trash cans are not for vendor use.
    • All vendor spaces are outdoors on Reed Street and will take place rain or shine. Tents are recommended.
    • Setup times and block assignments will be provided by September 1, 2026.
    • Late arrivals will not be permitted to unload at their booth due to traffic and safety concerns.
    • Alley access will be restricted during the event for safety purposes.
    • Vendors are responsible for their own setup, restocking, and teardown.
  • Important Notes

    • Booth placement directly in front of your business cannot be guaranteed, though every effort will be made.
    • Notice: Downtown vendors may not permit another business or organization to use their booth space. Violation of this rule will result in ineligibility for a free booth at future events.
    • Please provide an email address you regularly monitor for all event communications.

  • Alcohol Vendor Requirements


    Alcohol vendors must comply with the following rules:

    • ID all attendees requesting alcohol
    • Wristband all attendees who are served
    • Serve all beverages in the official Junk Junktion cup or koozie

     

    Failure to follow these rules will result in disqualification from selling alcohol at future events. These rules are strictly enforced with no exceptions.


  • Payment Instructions

    Payment is due within 60 days of application approval. Please do not submit payment until your application has been approved.

    Accepted forms of payment: Credit card (via QuickBooks invoice) or check.

    Important: We will never request payment via Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle.

  • General Release

    • The undersigned releases, waives, and holds harmless the Moberly Area Chamber of Commerce, the Junk Junktion Committee, the City of Moberly, property owners, associations, and all co-sponsors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from injury to person or property in connection with participation in the Festival.
    • The undersigned agrees to comply with all event rules and regulations. There are no rain dates, and no refunds will be issued for event cancellation due to weather or acts of God.
    • The Junk Junktion Committee reserves the right to remove or disqualify any vendor for noncompliance or disruptive conduct and retains final authority in the interpretation and enforcement of all rules.
    • If this application is denied, all fees will be returned. If accepted, the undersigned grants permission for the use of submitted materials and any photographs or video taken during the Festival for promotional purposes without compensation.
