* This application is for businesses with a physical location in Downtown Winchester. If you have a storefront location in Downtown Winchester, you may utilize a festival booth space at no cost. This must be an extension of the goods and services you already provide. You may not utilize this space to sell or give to another vendor.
** If you do NOT have a physical business in Downtown Winchester, but desire a booth space at the festival, you should fill out one of the other relevant applications: arts & crafts, business, nonprofit or food.
Top 3 Benefits of Beer Cheese Festival Booth Space:
1. Promote your business - As many as 20,000+ people visit the Beer Cheese Festival over the course of the day. Booths may be used to promote your business, sell merchandise, recruit employees or just support the amazing downtown community while securing a front row to seat to this amazing event.
2. Advertising exposure - The festival is heavily promoted regionally, and routinely appears in popular national publications as well. Examples include: television, radio, newspaper, and magazines; on our website www.beercheesefestival.com, on social media and through an email blast via the Winchester-Clark County Chamber of Commerce.
3. Community pride - Proceeds of the festival are reinvested in downtown Winchester.

The booth space is 10ft x 10ft. No electricity will be available, and generators are generally not permitted. Booth vendors must supply their own tent, table, chairs, etc.
Set up begins at 7 a.m. on the day of the festival. Setup must be completed by 9 a.m., and all vehicles must be removed from the street by 9 a.m.
Clean-up begins AFTER 5 p.m. You may not remove your booth prior to this time. (Violators will not be asked back for future events.)
Booth assignment packets will be sent out prior to the festival.
