  • Who can submit a nomination?

    Anyone, at any practice, may submit a nomination. You may nominate your own practice.

  • Who can be nominated?

    Any organization that vaccinates toddlers (24-35 months) and/or teens (13-15 years.) The organization may or may not be VFC providers. (Please note: If you're wanting to recognize organizations and individuals who have distinguished themselves by improving the health and wellness of Arizona’s communities and the lives of Arizona children through increasing immunization rates, please visit TAPI's website at whyimmunize.org and nominate for The Arizona Big Shots Awards.)

    Award winners are determined by being top-performing practices based on 90% coverage for specific toddler and/or teen vaccine series shown above.

      We look forward to welcoming everyone to celebrate the accomplishments of the Cloud Award winners this year at our annual Big Shots for Arizona Awards Ceremony! This is an opportunity to publically recognize immunization efforts over the past year. The ceremony will be in person on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at the same location as last year, DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix-Mesa.
