DSC Central Texas Chapter reserves the right to reject or withdraw any donation at any time. Item acceptance and placement is at the discretion of the DSC Central Texas Chapter Auction Committee. DSC Central Texas Chapter is an organization recognized as tax exempt under Internal Revenue Code Section 501c3. Donations to 501c3 organizations generally are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

Listed below are the guidelines to consider when making a donation for a DSC Central Texas Chapter fundraising event. By improving the quality of donations for the live and silent auctions, we hope to enhance the benefits for both donor and buyer.

• In general, an item must be at least $5,000 value to be considered for a live auction.
• Donations must be received 30 days prior to the event to be considered for a live auction.
• DSC Central Texas Chapter reserves the right to limit one donation per donor in live auction.
• Feel free to provide brochures, samples, and other promotional aids for maximum publicity.
• Please promote your donation by providing at least two high resolution images for upcoming marketing and print materials.
