Spring Session 2026 at Lake Forest Joffrey Ballet & Northwestern Medicine's "Dancing with Parkinson's"

Welcome to the registration page for

Spring Session of Dancing with Parkinson's at our Lake Forest Location!

We will be accepting 35 participants for class at this time. Registration will close and a waitlist will open if/when class reaches capacity.

Class will take place on Mondays from 11:30-12:30pm at Northwestern Medicine's Lake Forest Health and Fitness Center (1200 N Westmoreland Rd).

Our DwP Lake Forest Spring Session will consist of 9 classes:
- Feb. 2nd @ 11:30
- Feb. 9th @ 11:30
- Feb. 23rd @ 11:30
- March 2nd @ 11:30
- March 9th @ 11:30
- March 16th @ 11:30
- March 23rd @ 11:30
- March 30th @ 11:30
- April 6th @ 11:30
We will also have an optional performance at the end of our class cycle. In order to prepare for this, we will hold two rehearsals. Your attendance in class is strongly encouraged so you can learn dances that may be performed.
- Rehearsal #1: April 12th @ 2pm
- Rehearsal #2: April 19th @ 2pm
- Performance: April 26th @ 2pm
You are welcome to register yourself, as well as a family member, friend, or caregiver. Please only register a family, friend, or caregiver if they will actually take class with you. This is a class for all, and operates with full participation from any who is present.
The first half of class is seated. All participants have the option to stand halfway through class. You are welcome to stay seated for the whole duration of class.
Feel free to wear clothes that you feel best moving in. The flooring is rubber, so socks are recommended for ease of movement. However, you are welcome to wear light sneakers if that is more comfortable.
