    Any entry that would normally need insurance to be street legal, such as cars, trucks, trailers, motorcycles, etc., are REQUIRED to provide the CDA Regional Chamber with a valid proof of insurance. A copy of the card must be submitted along with this application as a .PDF file.

  • STAGING AREA INFORMATION

    Staging Area: 15th - 23rd Street // Parade Route: 15th - Government Way
  • Your Entry's Staging Space

    • 50ft long x 20ft wide and adjacent to the curb. 
    • Additional length may be purchased.
    • Exceeding your dimensions will result in a $150 fee.
  • Staging Area Traffic Flow

    • An arrival time, lineup #, & traffic plan will be provided.
    • The staging area’s center lane must always remain clear for the safety of event vehicles, volunteers, & emergency services.

    If your application is approved, you will receive an invoice to secure your spot in the parade. Payment must be received within 7 days of the invoice date to confirm your participation. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your spot may be released.
