DSC Hunt Auction Guidelines
Listed below are the guidelines for you to consider when making a donation for a DSC Central Texas Chapter auction. By improving the quality of donations for the live and silent auctions, we hope to enhance the benefits for both donors and winners.
- In general, an item must be at least $5,000 value to be considered for a live auction.
- Donations must be received by 30 days prior to the event to be considered for a live auction.
- DSC Central Texas Chapter reserves the right to accept only one donation per outfitter per country. Only hunt donations from exhibitors will be accepted.
- Bow hunts will be limited. Please help promote your donation by providing one high resolution image for the Auction Catalog.
