After we receive your booking form we'll send your wedding day count-down app with itinerary & venue resource guide, accompanied by your first invoice for 1/3 of the total booked. The next invoices will be sent in time for payment 60 and 14 days prior to the wedding. All payments are nonrefundable, but you may reschedule one time based on availability.

The Intimate Elopement Package Includes:

** 30 minute tour on a day before the wedding to go over details

** Specified time from ceremony to exit

All wedding activities must be completed within the time booked. (changing clothes, ceremony, photos, cake cutting, etc.)

Average dressing room time ranges from 30 minutes to an hour, depending on how many are changing clothes and if your photographer is capturing details prior to the ceremony.

The average ceremony time is ten minutes for couples only and 15 to 30 minutes for a wedding with guests (depending on guest count, number of bridesmaids & groomsmen, extra activities, children, etc.)

The average time for family photos takes 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the guest count, number of group requests, age of children, how long people socialize, etc.

The average time for your photos on the main grounds is 15 to 30 minutes and another 15 to 30 minutes at the mountain view. This is heavily dependent on the number of location requests you have, your style of dress and the pace in which you want photos created. (Speed race or slower attention to creativity & detail.)

The average time for first dances is five minutes each.

The average time for cutting the cake for a photo is five minutes.

If you bring your own photographer, they may start any time.

If you choose the option with one of our recommended photographers,

All images after editing are included with a copyright release.

Please Read & Sign...

We may have already discussed your timeline / itinerary by email. If not, the Intimate Elopement package has a specified time for use of dressing areas, ceremony, photography and any other events you'd like to include (first dances, cake cutting, private vows, etc.) Please be sure to book enough time for the events you wish to include.

Please arrive with hair and makeup complete ready to change into wedding attire unless you added hair & makeup OR booked an option with enough time for hair & makeup at the venue. Your invoice will specifically state which option you have. The guest count is only a recommendation and you should not assume you have enough time for hair and makeup based on the maximum guest count listed in each time tier.

If Guests attend your wedding, ask them to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony time. They may wait in the chapel or creekside pavilion until the wedding starts.

Photography can begin whenever you wish, within the time period you have booked. If you choose the option with one of our recommended photographers, please make sure you match the photography time you need with your itinerary.

The arrival and exit times are set, rain or shine. We are not responsible for inclement weather of any kind. You may use our covered or indoor areas for the ceremony & photography in the event of bad weather. It is essential that you and your guests arrive on time to prevent time lost for your wedding activities and photography. There may be another wedding scheduled either before or after yours. However, we will not schedule another wedding at the same time as yours.

Two weeks prior to the wedding we will ask for your final guest count. It is recommended to upgrade to the next package if your guest count exceeds the recommendation for your package. Guest counts are only one of the factors we use to recommend how much time you should book at our venue. Ultimately make your decision BASED ON THE TIME you need to complete all your events and requested photos.

The Intimate Elopement includes a ceremony director for the following:

Line up the wedding party, if applicable
Play ceremony music (up to 3 songs, started from the beginning and faded at the appropriate time) on our own device with bluetooth speaker from I Tunes or YouTube. We'll do our best to accommodate requests to start and stop a song at a specific time point.
Chair set up
Set out decor that takes no longer than 15 minutes to hand place (guest book, sign, pictures, etc.)
Assist you with your dress if needed prior to the ceremony

The Intimate Elopement includes a ceremony officiant. Please let me know if you have a preference of male or female. All of our officiants will allow you to add your own personal vows in addition to the vow script choices we'll provide prior to the wedding.

Our venue is set up, decorated and ready to go. All arbors have greenery and white flowers. If you are able to visit with us the day before the wedding, we can add silk flowers to a wedding arbor if you bring them to your meeting. The Intimate Elopement further allows us to set out items such as a guest book, pictures or signs if you bring them the day before, as long as it doesn't take longer than 15 minutes for us to set up.

Alcohol consumption is not permitted anywhere on property with this package, including in the dressing areas or parking lot.

You are responsible for any property damage caused by you or any of your guests. Examples include, but are not limited to, grafitti, excessive removal of plants or flowers, or breaking furniture or other property.

We encourage you to practice good hygiene by washing your hands, not touching your face, and wearing face coverings in the event of outbreaks of sickness. We further encourage you to prevent sick guests from attending your wedding and to reschedule the wedding if you have a fever or symptoms of a contagious illness. We are not responsible if your guests become ill while traveling or using our venue.

If your choose the option with a photographer:

All photography by Regina Starkey, Sierra Bonneville or any other photographer booked by Honeysuckle Hills, LLC is the sole property of you and Honeysuckle Hills, LLC, protected by federal copyright laws. We reserve the right to edit, enhance, and provide artwork at our discretion and use any of your images for marketing purposes, including but not limited to our website and social media. Please notify us in writing (letter, email or text,) if you do not wish your photographs to be used for marketing or social media purposes. Your photographs will never be sold for commercial use.

The actual number of photography locations used will vary, based on their proximity of locations to each other, how many guests you have, if extra events are added (cake cutting or first dances) and which package you booked. Each package has a specified time limit. Ask me for a package recommendation before booking if you are unsure. We may not be able to add time later since we book up to two mini weddings on a given day.

The actual number of images taken will also vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to arriving on time, the type of dress you wear, how cooperative your guests are, and if any small children are present.

Every effort will be made to provide high quality services and to deliver requested photographs. However, because a wedding is an uncontrolled event, we cannot guarantee delivery of specifically requested images. We will not be held liable for the finished product or incomplete coverage in the event of time restrictions (because you are late, for example,) or constraints placed on our photographer by the client or guests.

If your photographer experiences a family emergency or becomes too ill to work, we will make every effort to replace your photographer with another of equal qualifications. If for some reason we cannot do this, we will refund the total cost of photography in your wedding package and you agree to accept this as compensation. We have a list of qualified photographer and we are insured by Professional Photographers of America.

All images in high resolution with a copyright release to print on your own is included with the Intimate Elopement package option with one of our recommended photographers. Your photographer will deliver images after editing (removing images with closed eyes, making enhancements based on our discretion, etc.) If they don't give you a particular image, you won't want it, either.

Content Creation for Social Media

Content creation for social media is not guaranteed, but we always enjoy capturing video whenever possible. You agree to allow us to use any video or photographic media created at your wedding, and understand it is solely for the purpose of promoting our venue and brand. It will be used on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, our website, or any other platform we choose unless you specifically ask us not to in writing no later than the day of your wedding. Honeysuckle Hills, LLC, retains full copyright of all photo and video.

Refund Policy and Payment Schedule

Honeysuckle Hills, LLC, 934 Mill Creek Road, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863, agrees to provide all the wedding and photography services selected in this form and listed on your invoice. Your invoice will be sent within 24 to 48 hours after we receive your contract.

By paying your invoice you agree that the services, date, and time listed on the invoice is correct. Please do not pay your invoice until you sign your contract.

If you choose a date and time on this contract that was not officially presented to you as available before this contract was sent to you, it does not mean that date will be available. This contract is not officially binding until signed and submitted in addition to paying your invoice as described in the terms below.

Our payment schedule is as follows:

1/3 due within three days of signing this contract

1/3 due within sixty days of the wedding date

Balance due within 14 days of the wedding date

Each payment you make represents (but is not all-inclusive to) planning, bookkeeping, setting up vendors, and maintaining the venue in anticipation of your event. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, but you may reschedule one time within a two year time period, based on availability.

We prefer not to accept payments ahead of schedule or payment in full BECAUSE extra payments are also non-refundable. (Put your money in an investment account instead until the next payment is due.) We are guaranteeing a specific date and services, and the wedding market is unique with the timeline in which couples plan and secure dates. If you cancel and we are able to rebook your wedding there are still no refunds because of extra bookkeeping, canceling vendors, and additional advertising required to secure the new date.

Further, all payments are nonrefundable regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to changes in plans, changes in health, changes in relationship status, acts of God, pandemics, wars and national disasters. While not required, we strongly urge you to secure event and / or travel insurance.

You may upgrade your services any time, based on availability. There is a $150 fee to change your package to a smaller one. There are no refunds if the difference in price is less than the amount you have already paid.

You may reschedule your wedding date one time, based on availability within a one year time period with no fees and no change in price.

Alternatively, you may use the amount you paid toward your wedding toward another type of future event such as a photography session.

You will receive a link to your invoice each time a payment is due. Please forgive me if the invoice does not arrive exactly on time. You will not lose your wedding date unless the invoice is not paid within three days of receiving it.
