Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations on or before June 15, 2026 are fully refundable.
Cancellations received after June 15, 2026 are non-refundable.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@rockychem.com and must include your name and registration ID.
Snowbird Registration Rate*
If I register at a Snowbird rate, I understand that my hotel reservation at Snowbird will be verified against the hotel registration list. If a qualifying Snowbird hotel reservation cannot be confirmed, any remaining balance must be paid before my badge can be issued on-site.
