      Data Collection and Storage
      I authorize EFS Advisory Group to collect, capture, and securely store my sensitive information, including personal identification, government-issued IDs, SSN, and any other information necessary to prepare my tax return and, if applicable, process a tax-related loan/advance.       Repayment and Legal Responsibility (For Tax-Related Loans/Advances)
      Repayment Responsibility
      I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for repaying any tax-related loan or advance issued to me. EFS Advisory Group is not responsible for repayment of the loan on my behalf under any circumstance.

      I understand that repayment is expected from my tax refund after my return is filed. If:

         - I choose to file my tax return with another provider, and/or
         -My tax refund is reduced, delayed, or not received due to federal or state debts (such as child support, student loans, IRS or state tax debt, or any other offset),
      I am still fully responsible for repaying the outstanding balance of the loan/advance directly to EFS Advisory Group or its designated lender/collector.

      Court and Collection Fees
      I agree that I am responsible for any reasonable court costs, collection fees, attorney’s fees, or other legal expenses incurred in the effort to collect any unpaid balance on my loan/advance, as allowed by applicable law.

      Garnishment and Collection Actions
      I understand that, in the event of non-payment or default, EFS Advisory Group and/or its designated lender/collector reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available—this may include wage garnishment, bank levy, or other lawful collection actions—to recover the amount owed, in accordance with federal and state law.
