    NOTE : All submitted images are approved by the artist to be posted on social media, whole or cropped, for publicity purposes by the El Paso Art Association with credit given to the artists, now & for future publicity.

    NOTE : If you are adding images from your mobile device, no need to name the file, just add it in order of entry submissions.

    The name of the photo file should include your last name followed by the title of the artwork. For example, if your name is "Maria Rivera" and the title of your artwork is "Beautiful Artwork" the file name should be RiveraBeautifulArtwork.jpg. For sculpture it should be RiveraBeautifulArtwork1.jpg and RiveraBeautifulArtwork2.jpg to represent the front and side of the sculpture.

    Only JPEG (.JPEG, .JPG, .jpeg, or .jpg) photos are accepted. 300ppi (pixels per inch).

    Maximum upload size is 5MB. If you exceed the maximum file size or are including the wrong file type your entry may not go through.

  • Payment Information

    You MUST choose a payment option, either Pay Now by Credit Card or Pay by Mail with Check or Money Order.  If you are paying by check or money order, your payment must be received within 5 days of your entry and NO LATER than January 7, 2024.  Make check or money order out to EPAA and mail to: El Paso Art Asociation, 500 W. Paisano, El Paso, TX 79901. Payments are non-refundable

            Submitting this form constitutes acceptance of ALL listed conditions of this exhibition. (see prospectus)

          • ARTIST RELEASE & WAIVER: Artists assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend, save, and hold harmless the El Paso Association the Crossland Gallery, their agents, and employees against all claims, losses and damagesto persons and property, governmental charges or fines, and attorneys’ fees arising out of or caused by artists installation, removal, maintenance or part thereof, excluding any such liability caused by the sole negligence of El Paso Art Association and their agents. Also, artists acknowledge that El Paso Art Association and their agents do not maintain insurance covering artist’s property or liability. It is the sole responsibility of the artist to obtain property damage, liability and business interruption insurance covering any & all losses by the artist.

            NOTE : Artwork deemed vulgar or not meeting exhibition citeria will be rejected by the EPAA.

            ETHICS IN ART STANDARD FOR THIS SHOW: Entries must be original in concept, design and execution. Artwork created under the supervision of an instructor is not eligible if instructor added any marks to your painting. Artwork must not be copied, in part or wholly, from any published or copyrighted work. Artwork failing these standards will be rejected and source material must be made available upon request to the committee.
