Consent and Participation
You child is invited to take part in an internship opportunity with Urban Sustainability Solutions. Participation is completely voluntary. Your child may choose not to participate or withdraw at any time. Please ask questions if anything is unclear.

Students must be 14–21 years old.

Purpose of the Program
This 3–4 week enrichment program provides hands-on learning in stormwater management. Participants will apply real-world knowledge, complete on-site activities, and network with professionals.

What will students do?
Students are expected to complete all activities. Dates and times will be shared once cohorts are assigned. Participation may be discontinued at any time.

Attend all after-school lessons
Attend all community work session(s)
Complete a pre-test, mid-test, and post-test

Compensation
Students are compensated through Urban Sustainability Solutions Inc. Compensation requires completion of all required sessions and assessments (16 total hours).

$100 – Complete pre- and mid-tests and attend all 6 lessons
$60 – Attend first 4-hour community session
$60 – Attend second 4-hour community session
Total possible compensation: $220

Participants must fully attend and actively participate in all sessions to receive compensation. Compensation is issued after completion of the final session.

By signing below, you give permission for Urban Sustainability Solutions to take photographs and videos of the student during program activities. These images and videos will be used solely for the following purposes:
- To share program updates on our website and social media platforms.
- To include in private progress reports required by our grant funders.
Please note that no names or other personal information will be shared alongside any footage without prior further consent of student and parent/guardian.
