Leadership Application

Thank you for your interest in joining (or continuing to serve on) the Stonewall Sports DC ("SSDC") leadership team. As part of the application process, we ask you to thoughtfully respond to each of the prompts below. This will help us to better understand your motivations, experiences, and alignment with our mission and values.

Not all applicants will be selected for further consideration. Those that are will go through an interview process that explores their experience, both professional and lived, knowledge, skills, and abilities as it relates to the role. The interview process beyond that will depend on the role and its relation to the organizational structure.
