Roster Requirement- Max players: 10 for 10U, 12 for 12U, 15 for 14U. ONLY Affinity Roster in jersey order will be accepted; 2025 membership, coaches be certified at the level they are coaching, must have GREEN risk management clearance, Safe Haven, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, CDC Concussion Awareness certification, be fingerprinted (Live Scan), and US Soccer's SafeSport training.
