PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT #1
All travelers must acknowledge and accept the Terms & Conditions when registering online. By doing so, they formally agree to Blaze Worldwide Travelers LLC d/b/a Boujee Betty Escapes’ Terms & Conditions. Those who book over the phone will receive a verbal overview of the Participant Agreement, which will be sent via email shortly after booking. If unable to confirm these Terms & Agreements online or by phone, travelers may request a copy by fax or mail.
No travel documents will be released without acknowledgment of the Terms & Agreements. Blaze Worldwide Travelers LLC d/b/a Boujee Betty Escapes retains the right to cancel reservations and refund deposits if there's no confirmation. The Participant Agreement encompasses these Terms & Conditions, along with the following Release from Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Binding Arbitration Clauses. Acceptance during the checkout process signifies agreement to these Travel Terms & Conditions and Blaze Worldwide Travelers LLC d/b/a Boujee Betty Escapes' Release from Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Binding Arbitration Clause.
CANCELLATION TERMS: If any travel plans are postponed or canceled for any reason, Blaze Worldwide Travelers LLC d/b/a Boujee Betty Escapes will not issue any refunds. Please be aware that a ‘trip’ or ‘booking’ may consist of various components, each possibly having distinct cancellation penalties (e.g., airline ticket, pre-trip hotel stay, adventure vacation by a tour provider, post-trip extension organized by Blaze Worldwide Travelers LLC d/b/a Boujee Betty Escapes, all potentially subject to different cancellation policies).
Clients must secure the necessary insurance policies. No reimbursement(s) will be made for cancellations due to real or perceived terrorist threats. Moreover, no refunds will be offered due to apprehension about traveling from actual or threatened terrorists, health, political, or similar occurrences. Travelers are responsible for safeguarding their bookings, and Travel Insurance is highly recommended. It is advised that travelers acquire suitable insurance protection against these risks. Insurance options are accessible during checkout and in a follow-up letter after registration. Retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings post-issuance confirms consent to the above and an agreement by the traveler to share this information with their travel companions or group members.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions: When you embark on an adventure with us, whether through online registration or phone booking, you're joining the Blaze Worldwide Travelers LLC d/b/a Boujee Betty Escapes family. By doing so, you're accepting our Terms & Conditions. If you book by phone, we'll give you a friendly run-through of the agreement, followed by an email for your records. If online or phone confirmation isn't possible, we'll gladly send the details by fax or mail.
Document Release: We'll have your travel documents ready, but first, we'll need a nod to our Terms & Agreements. Blaze Worldwide Travelers LLC d/b/a Boujee Betty Escapes prioritizes safety and integrity; if the Terms & Agreements are not confirmed, we may have to cancel the booking, and the deposits will be returned.
The Legalities: Your acceptance ties you into our Release from Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Binding Arbitration Clauses. Confirming these during checkout means you're on board with our Travel Terms & Conditions and legally binding clauses.
Cancellation Policy: If life throws a wrench in your travel plans, please understand that Blaze Worldwide Travelers LLC d/b/a Boujee Betty Escapes won't be able to issue refunds. Your trip may include several parts, each with unique cancellation rules. So please, choose wisely and stay informed.
Insurance and Responsibility: You're in control of your journey, and it's up to you to secure the right insurance policies. We won't be able to provide refunds for cancellations related to terrorism or other unexpected fears or events. Protecting your travel investment is key, and we strongly urge Travel Insurance. We're here to help, offering insurance options during checkout and post-registration. Holding on to your tickets and bookings means you agree with our terms, and we trust you to share this with fellow travelers.
