🔁 REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
INDOOR STALLS

❌ No refunds may be applicable in some circumstances.

 

OUTDOOR STALLS
🌧️ In the event of event cancellation due to severe weather or force majeure (conditions beyond the organiser’s control):

• A refund will be processed less a $25 booking fee
• No refunds for personal cancellations or no-shows

⚠️ The ONLY exception to the no-refund policy (indoor & outdoor) is if the organisers cancel the market.  A full refund will be issued.

⚠️ FORCE MAJEURE (OUTDOOR ONLY)

Southside Collective Markets reserves the right to cancel an outdoor market due to unsafe conditions including but not limited to extreme weather, government restrictions, venue issues or circumstances beyond our control.
