Share Your Event with the Center for Death Education Community
We welcome submissions for events that explore death, grief, aging, or end-of-life care in meaningful, inclusive ways. Whether you are hosting a workshop, film screening, community vigil, discussion group (no support groups, please), or art exhibit, we want to help you reach people who care about these topics. To be approved for posting, events must:
- Reflect the Center’s mission and vision: Events must promote respectful, inclusive discourse and avoid content that is discriminatory, exploitative, or sensationalized.
- They are open to the general public—either virtually or in person—and clearly described.
- Advance learning or community engagement by encouraging thoughtful dialogue and learning around death, dying, and grief.
- Be accessible: Events should strive to be affordable or free, physically and cognitively accessible, and considerate of diverse learning needs and cultural contexts.
We recommend sending your information at least two weeks in advance.
Review & Posting: Our team reviews each submission before it appears on the site. We may edit your submission for clarity or length and reserve the right to decline events that do not align with our community values. You will receive an email confirmation once your event is published.
Disclaimer: Sharing an event on our site does not imply endorsement. We are committed to offering a platform for respectful, diverse perspectives.
