  • Additonally, we will need the following information to begin preparation of your income tax return:

    • Year-end summary of business activity – accounting software back-up, online
      access or hard copy unless Macke & Company, CPAs assists you with your
      accounting and bookkeeping needs at their office. (This could include QuickBooks desktop or online, Sage software, trial balance, income and deduction summaries, balance sheet and profit & loss statement, etc.)
    • Copies of year-end bank reconciliation(s) and bank statements for all company bank accounts in existence on December 31
    • All Forms 1099 received from others for the 2024 tax year (this could include 1099-K, 1099-MISC, 1099-NEC, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, etc.)
