Photography Camp

This is a 5 day camp that will be held in June Campers will be dropped off at my house. Times vary based on which camp you sign up for so please take notice in the dropdown menu below (last question). The price of this camp is $300 for campers who do not have a camera and $250 for those who do, all field trips and supplies are included in this price. After receiving your acceptance email, you will be expected to pay at least the $150 non-refundable retainer. We will be taking a few field trips so that campers will be able to apply the knowledge they have gained during learning time and also have a chance to learn as we go. They will also get to take portraits in a studio setting. Friday evening, the campers will get to have their very own art show. They will pick their favorites and later that evening we will meet back together for their very own Gallery Viewing! We will have light snacks and the photographers will get to see their work on display and talk about it with you! This camp is small with the hopes of expanding in the future. If your camper has their own camera then please have them bring it and let me know that they have their own. I have a limited amount of cameras for those who do not have one so it is not necessary to have one unless you want to help fuel your child's passion for photography for after camp and beyond. Totally up to you! This will be my second summer offering this camp and I am very excited! I have been a teacher with MNPS for 15 years and before that I worked many years in daycare. I have been a Lifestyle Photographer for about 11 years and used to sell my Art Prints at Markets. I am so excited to combine my two passions and hope to expand this in the near future! All applications will be reviewed and are on a first come first served basis. Please keep a look out in the next 48 hours for an email saying if your child will be in the first round of camp as well as more details about the camp.
