1. How passionate are you about art museums?*

Art is my passion and I love visiting museums. I can spend hours in a museum and would really enjoy visiting multiple museums at a single destination.I don't mind hitting a couple art museums if they look interesting to me and if I can see the highlights in a couple hours or less. But I don't want to spend all day in art museum, nor do I need to see every art museum at a destination.Art just isn't my thing, if there's something really famous that doesn't take long to see I'll do it. But otherwise I don't really enjoy art museums.

2. How passionate are you about churches & basilicas?*

I love visiting churches & basilicas-- not only the most famous ones but also many that are less touristy. And when I go I really like to take my time to take in all the history and see everything there is to see.I like visiting famous churches & basilicas, but one (maybe two) per destination is usually enough for me. I'm most interested in taking in the visual grandeur while also learning some of the history, ideally in a couple hours or less. I don't need to see the lesser known ones although I'm not opposed to stopping in for a quick peak if convenient.Churches & basilicas just aren't my thing. A quick visit to the "can't miss" ones like St. Peter's Basilica in Rome or the Duomo in Siena is fine, but I don't want anything more than that.

3. How passionate are you about other museums (besides art museums) and historical sights?*

I love them-- not only the most famous ones but also many that are less touristy. And when I go I really like to take my time to take in all the history and see everything there is to see.I like them, but one (maybe two) per destination is usually enough for me. I'm most interested in taking in the visual grandeur while also learning some of the history, ideally in a couple hours or less. 4. How passionate are you about spending time at beaches or pools to sunbathe and/or swim?*

I love my beach / pool time and want a lot of this during this vacation. I enjoy spending long periods of time (maybe even a full day) doing nothing but relaxing in the sun.I like spending time at a nice beach or pool and would like to do this a few times during this vacation. But a few hours is generally enough for me, I don't need to spend all day there.Beaches and pools aren't my thing, and/or just aren't a priority for this vacation.

5. How passionate are you about hiking, biking and/or other active outdoor experiences?*

I love these types of outdoor activities and want to do them several times during this vacation. And I'm open to a few of them being 1/2 day to full day activities.I like these types of outdoor activities and would be open to doing a few of these during this vacation. Generally I like these activities to be 2-3 hours in duration although I could do a longer one in the right situation.I'm not really looking for these types of active outdoor experieces for this vacation. I might do one in the right situation, but I don't want anything more than that.

6. How passionate are you about visiting big cities (such as Rome, Naples and Milan)?*

I love big cities-- I'm not bothered by all the people or "big city" things like crowds, traffic, etc., plus there's often a lot to see and do in big cities. I'd like to spend a big portion of my time in big cities during this vacation.Big cities are fine. But it's not the size of the city that matters, it's more about what there is to see and do in the city. I'm open to spending time in big cities during this vacation, but I'm also open to spending time in smaller cities & towns.I really don't feel comfortable in big cities. I prefer to spend most of my time on this vacation away from the big cities. When I do visit big cities, I prefer short trips where I can "hit the highlights" versus spending extended time there.

7. How passionate are you about exploring the Italian countryside (i.e. smaller towns, wineries, etc.)?*

I love exploring the countryside and would like to spend several days doing this during this vacation.It sounds enjoyable and I'm definitely open to making time for this in my itinerary. But it's not an absolute must for this vacation.Exploring the countryside isn't a high priority for me for this vacation.

8. How passionate are you about finding the perfect restaurant for dinner?*

I have a list of specific restaurants that I want to go to, and I'm willing to adjust my schedule to make sure I can fit them in. Having a really great dining experience is really important to me. I like dining at higher-end restaurants for dinner.I have a couple specific restaurants I'd like to dine at, but otherwise I like choosing my restaurants once I'm there based on what catches my attention.I prefer restaurants that are within walking distance of my hotel that have a good atmosphere. I'm not too picky and value the overall dining experience more than the food itself.
