● I have been informed that tandem flight is not recommended for people who are not in good health or with pharmacological therapies in place and who are absolutely forbidden to people under the influence of alcohol or drugs; I therefore declare that I am not in any of the aforementioned states.
● The pilot is not responsible for the suitability of the passenger's clothing and footwear, the use of which falls under the full responsibility of the latter. The passenger has the right and the duty to request explanations and clarifications in case of doubt, uncertainty or ambiguity in the instructions and explanations received.
● I declare to assume from now on any and all responsibility regarding my person, for my personal damages and / or caused to others (and / or things) because of my behavior not compliant with the rules or instructions given to me and I fully agree with the of my stated declarations, aware that they are dictated for my safety and for that of the pilot and I am aware that not respecting them can place both me and the pilot in a dangerous situation.
● I confirm and declare that the pilot has conducted a pre-flight briefing during which I have been explained in detail the use of the equipment and I have been in detail illustrated the tasks and instructions that I will be called upon to perform and respect for the flight to succeed without any risk for my safety and that of the pilot.
● To be aware Wings2fly is not the organizer of the service but offers the tandem pilots a free advertising promotion service through its advertising channels.
Specifically, the pre-flight briefing deals with the following topics that have all been understood:
1. Brief description of the type of activity to be carried out
2. Dressing and correct use of the equipment, harness adjustment and static test
3. Personal checks on clothing, accessories and items to be brought in flight
4. Behavior during the wing inflation and take-off run
5. Techniques for accommodation in the harness in flight
6. Correct position and behavior to keep in flight
7. Flight communication and emergency management
8. Preparation for the race landing and felling of the wing on the ground
