  • Are you looking to apply the teaching from the Wilberforce Academy to your everyday witness and cultural engagement?

    If so, then the Wilberforce Cultural Leadership Programme is for you!

    Led by Wilberforce Faculty Member Dr Dan Strange, this four-session programme will provide you with a biblical framework and powerful practical tools to lead the way in engaging culture for Christ.

    Upon completion of the programme, you will be awarded the Wilberforce Certificate in Cultural Engagement.

  • Applying for the 2026 Wilberforce Cultural Leadership Programme

  • Main sessions

    The four main sessions will take place online between 7.30pm and 9pm on four Thursday evenings in February and March 2026:

    • Thursday 12 February
    • Thursday 19 February
    • Thursday 12 March
    • Thursday 19 March

    If you would like to participate in the programme but already know that you are unable to attend on one or more of the evenings, please explain this in your application. 

     

    Assignments

    The programme includes two assignments - an individual assignment and a group assignment. You will receive feedback on both assignments. 

    To complete the programme, you must successfully complete both assignments. 

     

    Course materials

    Upon succesful enrolment, you will be provided with all the materials needed for the course, including copies of two books written by Dan Strange.

     

    Cost

    There is a non-refundable course fee of £125. 

    This fee covers all course materials.

    Upon full attendance and successful completion of the course (including assignments) delegates will receive a £50 rebate, meaning the actual cost reduces to £75.

    To help secure your place on the programme, please apply as soon as you can.

    Attendance at and participation in the sessions is a key part of the programme and we very much hope that all delegates will be able to attend all the sessions. 

    Where delegates cannot commit to all four sessions, we will consider applications on a case-by-case basis, and may be able to offer a session 'catch-up' service. 

    Please therefore tell us about your availability for the sessions.
