TERMS & AUTHORIZATION — INSPECTION ONLY
• This authorization is for sign inspection and diagnostic services only.
• A non-refundable inspection/service fee of $250 applies to all visits and covers travel, time on site, and professional evaluation.
• Client agrees to pay the inspection fee upon completion of the inspection service, regardless of whether any repair is approved.
• The inspection fee will be credited toward the repair cost ONLY if the repair is approved on-site on the same day of inspection.
• Client has up to one (1) hour after inspection completion to approve the repair for the inspection fee to be credited.
• If the repair is not approved within this time window, the inspection fee remains due and is not applied to future work.
• Any repair pricing provided after inspection is based on findings from accessible areas inside the sign cabinet and visible components.
• Inspection includes visual and accessible condition assessment only and does not include repair, cleaning, adjustment, or restoration unless separately authorized in writing.
• Inspection does not include full sign face removal; limited face sliding or access will be performed only if safely accessible.
• Firexel Advertising is not responsible for cracking, breakage, or failure of aged, brittle, or pre-existing materials, including acrylic faces, trim cap, retainers, or fasteners.
• Firexel Advertising is not responsible for pre-existing electrical, structural, water-related, or age-related issues affecting the sign.
• Cosmetic appearance, discoloration, or cabinet condition is not guaranteed to improve unless explicitly stated in writing.
• Payment for inspection services is due upon completion of the inspection.
• Firexel Advertising’s liability is limited to the amount paid for inspection services.
