I'm excited to walk with you and dance our way to freedom in Christ Jesus through the Arts. 😭🏁🎨🎭🏀The GYG community is structured around Christ Care Coping Skills which is a 10 week course including 1) Working on your relationship with Christ 2) Rebuilding self-esteem 3) Grief management 4) Understanding your will vs. Gods will 5) Faith changes things. 6) Video Diaries/Content 7) Dance.
