    New Chapter Residence is a structured, highly regulated living environment designed to provide safety, privacy, and stability for mothers and their children. This is not a shelter, social residence, or communal living space.

    All rules are strictly enforced. Violations may result in immediate termination of residency without warning.

    This residence is exclusively for mothers and their children Only approved occupants listed on the intake agreement may reside in the home No men are allowed on the property at any time

    No visitors, guests, or overnight stays No friends, family members, partners, or children's guests No visitors at doors, porches, or inside common areas No exceptions. No approvals. No temporary passes

    Residents may only enter their assigned bedroom Entering another resident's room is strictly prohibited No knocking on doors unless directed by management No lingering or standing outside bedroom doors Children may not enter any room other than their own

    No loud conversations from bedrooms

    Bedrooms may not be used as gathering or play areas for others

    5. COMMON AREAS - LIMITED USE ONLY

    Use common areas only when necessary No hanging out, loitering, or extended use Clean immediately after use Remove all personal items immediately Hallways are for walking through only

    6. QUIET & INDEPENDENT LIVING EXPECTATION

    Residents are expected to maintain quiet, independent living Loud or disruptive conversations are not permitted Respect personal boundaries at all times Silence and privacy take priority over interaction

    7. QUIET HOURS (STRICTLY ENFORCED)

    Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM

    No loud talking or noise No TV, music, or phone conversations at high volume No speakerphone use Children must be settled and supervised

    8. CHILD SUPERVISION (MANDATORY)

    Mothers are fully responsible for their children at all times

    Children must not be left unattended

    Children may not run through the home, knock on doors, enter common areas alone, or touch others' belongings Failure to properly supervise children may result in immediate termination of residency

  • 9. PERSONAL PROPERTY - ZERO TOUCH POLICY

    Do not touch, borrow, move, or use anyone else's belongings

    Unauthorized use is considered theft

    Only use food and supplies assigned to you All items must be clearly labeled Clean appliances and surfaces immediately after use No food left unattended or overnight Trash must be disposed of properly

    Residents must maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness Bedrooms must remain sanitary and odor-free

    Bathrooms must be cleaned after each use

    Excessive clutter is not permitted

    No tampering with locks, cameras, alarms, or security devices No opening doors for others No allowing access to unauthorized individuals Report safety concerns immediately

    13. PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR (ZERO TOLERANCE)

    Bringing men onto the property Allowing visitors or guests Entering another resident's room Theft, damage, or misuse of property Repeated noise violations

  • Aggressive, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior Failure to supervise or control children

    Rules are enforced without warning Management may terminate residency immediately for violations No refunds will be issued upon termination Safety, order, and structure take priority

    15. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & SIGNATURE

    By signing below, I acknowledge that I have received and reviewed the New Chapter Residence Resident Handbook & House Rules for the Mothers & Children Program. I understand that this is a room-based program operating under a General Room Agreement, not a lease. I agree to comply fully with all rules and understand that violations may result in immediate termination of residency.
