2025 - 2026 OFF SEASON GOLF TRAINING | SESSION 2

AT ELEVATION GOLF ACADEMY AT PRAIRIE VIEW GC

SESSION 2 STARTS THE WEEK OF JANUARY 5TH 2026. The Full 8 Week (16 Classes) Cost is $850 per session. One Class per week 8 Weeks (8 Classes) Cost is $425. Session 2 includes weekly golf and training classes. You have the option to select 1 or 2 golf training classes for the week that will remain the same for the 8 week session. Once you have selected either 1 or 2 classes for each section you can complete the registration with Credit Card payment below. You can select 1 or 2 classes at Prairie View or 1 or 2 classes at Correct 2 Compete weekly. Dates and Times are listed below for our Prairie View Location. Dates and Times for Correct 2 Compete will be released soon. Session 2 Classes will be 60 Minutes per Class. ALL SKILL LEVELS WELCOME | BOYS AND GIRLS WELCOME | AGES 11-18 WELCOME

I understand that there are certain risks of injury inherent in the practice and play of this sport, and I am willing to assume these risks on behalf of my child. I hereby certify that my child is fully capable of participating in the designated sport and that my child is healthy and has no physical limitations unless advised prior to the start of the program. In addition to giving my full consent for my child’s participation, I do hereby waive, release and hold harmless the organization named below, its officers, coaches, sponsors, supervisors and representatives for any injury that may be suffered by my child in the normal course of participation in the designated sport and the activities incidental thereto, whether the result of negligence or any other cause. I also grant Elevation Golf and Correct 2 Compete permission to take photographs and/or video of my child while participating in club activities to be used for training or social media advertising. The photographs and videos will be used for promotion through any or all of the following formats: Website, flyers, brochures, newsletters, presentations, Social Media and other marketing activities.
