  • 2026 Brain Injury Advocacy Day Registration - March 12, 2026

Join us on March 12, 2026 at the Ohio Statehouse to bring awareness to Brain Injury. We will be using this time at the statehouse to share with legislators the need of the brain injury community and the resources that are needed to help support survivors and their families. There will be a breakfast reception, with speakers from 8:30 am - 9:30 am. We will also be meeting with Ohio legislators to talk about the needs of the brain injury community. You can participate in the reception and also make visits to your area legislators or you can choose to participate in just the reception or just the visits.  We will be offering trainings via zoom on what to expect for the day and how to tell your story - information about these trainings is provided after you register for this event and also on our webpage. We will cover, how to plan for the day, how to speak to legislators and how to share your story. Registration for any part of the day is required. Please register for your preferences below.
  • Remember to wear Blue

Brain Injury as a whole (inclusive of TBI, stroke, tumors, overdose infection etc) is represented by the color blue. To make a big splash at the Ohio Statehouse Day we ask that you please wear your blue. We want our presence to be noticed and remembered!
  • Meetings with legislators will be scheduled by event planners. Communication regarding these appointments will primarily be sent via email, so please make sure to monitor the email you provide us. Participants who opt to meet with their legislator will receive an assigned appointment time, directions for the meeting, a packet of materials for your use in your meeting and support from our Brain Injury Association of Ohio Staff. Appointment times are not confirmed typically by legislators until very close to the event date.

  • Should be Empty:
