As space becomes available in her patient panel, Dr. Caccopola will review your submitted questionnaire and email her commentary. Her response will outline how Functional Medicine and hormone optimization may help address the potential root causes of your symptoms and assist you in regaining your vitality and quality of life.
At that time, we will also contact waitlisted individuals in the order they joined with an invitation to schedule a complimentary 15-minute introductory phone call with Dr. Caccopola.
