Car Driving Service
Cars need exercise, too. Avoid returning to find a dead battery, sludged oil, or flat-spotted tires. We start and run your vehicle for 5-10 minutes to ensure proper performance during your absence. We can also arrange for a vehicle detail so your car is ready upon your return.
Home Watch Service
We verify that all doors and windows are properly secured to minimize the chance of break-ins. Our inspections check for water leaks, mold, and mildew, and include a visual check for signs of insects or
We confirm that the A/C system is cooling and reset thermostats and humidistats if needed. Appliances are inspected, faucets and disposals are run, and toilets flushed. We ensure that the main water valve is turned off after each inspection (unless otherwise requested), and that the electric panel is checked for tripped breakers.
A full visual inspection of the property is completed, including lanais and garages. We also walk the exterior perimeter of single-family homes to monitor pool condition, screening, and signs of vandalism or damage. Internet, TV, and phone systems can also be tested upon request.
A comprehensive Home Watch Inspection Report is completed after each visit for your records.
Storm Preparedness
We prepare your property for upcoming storms by bringing in outdoor furniture, grills, and plants. All windows and sliding glass doors are checked to ensure they are shut and protected, including storm
Automated and hydraulic shutter systems are tested to confirm proper operation. Once the storm has passed and it is safe to return, we conduct a detailed inspection of both the exterior and interior of your home. If any damage has occurred, a comprehensive report with photos and recommendations is provided for your review.
