Rules & Regulations

Please read and acknowledge all rules and regulations before submitting your registration.
By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Contestants must be a natural born female.

• Age division is determined by age as of June 1, 2026.

• All fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

• Withdrawal results in a forfeit of all paid fees and return of crown and sash.

• Attendance at nationals (Aug 1–2, 2026) is mandatory.

• All balances due May 1, 2026.

• Judges’ decisions are final.

• Good moral character and positive conduct required.

• Photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes.

• Miss Iconic USA is not liable for damages, theft, loss, or injury.

• To ensure a smooth and safe stage experience for all, contestants must be able to independently walk on and off the stage without physical assistance.

• Miss Iconic USA does not operate as a non-compete system. Our national titleholders are welcome to compete in other pageant systems while holding their title, as long as they continue to honor and fulfill all Miss Iconic USA queen responsibilities as outlined in their signed contract.
