Please note, we can only accept public-facing hires with sight of your Public Liability insurance policy. This will be requested on confirmation of your booking.

Note: The Appliance Hall has the following booking requirements – Weekdays daytimes = 2 hour minimum booking. Weekday evenings & weekends = 4 hour minimum booking.

Next Steps

After filling in this form, HOFS will recieve your request.
Our small team will read through and will be in touch with you to discuss and confirm your enquiry and whether we have avaliability to schedule you in.

Once we have confirmed your booking, we will send through your hire agreement for you to sign, this will explain how payment works, and will request any necessary documents from you (including Pubic Liability Insurance and/or your DBS if you are working with children).
