We are delighted you wish to participate in the Q1 2026 Leaders Roundtable series.

Over two days, Directors Club will bring together over 50 senior leaders from customer service, customer experience, contact centre, and customer operations.

Each roundtable will take place online via Google Meet video conference. These are closed-door sessions with no external live audience.

Participating in the Leaders Roundtable series is free of charge.

Participation is open to our members and prospective members. Prospective members will offered membership post-event. Directors Club is free to join and membership is free forever.
