I understand that Stepping Stones is available only to registered preschool families and will be available to me only when preschool is open and in session as a before and after school care program.*

I acknowledge
I understand that I may sign up for any combination of hours for the school year. If, for any reason, I need to withdraw my child from the program during the school year, I will provide thirty days written notice.*

I will arrive promptly to pick up my child at the end of the PM Stepping Stones Program in which we have enrolled. I further understand that a late fee of $10.00 per every 5 minutes will be charged to my FACTS account if I am late picking up my child.*

Closing and Cancellations: If the preschool has a delayed opening due to weather concerns, AM Stepping Stones will open one hour prior to the opening of the preschool day. If the preschool is closed or releases early, there will be no Stepping Stones. If preschool is closed or releases early due to inclement weather, holidays, vacations or teacher training, there will be no Stepping Stones Program.*

There will be a $5 change fee applied to your account for the first change of days or times. Additional changes will be charged $25.*
