Thank you for your interest in getting tattooed by me! This form is the first step in requesting a tattoo appointment. Please make sure that you have a general idea before filling out and submitting this form.

I do respond to every inquiry, so please allow me a few days to read through your request and respond! If I am able to take on your request, you can expect an email back to either go ahead and book your appointment or schedule a complimentary consultation if I feel we need to meet in person so I can ask you a few more questions.

Please keep your tattoo description strictly about the subject matter pertaining to your tattoo. I.E if you're looking to get a floral tattoo and want specific flowers, please state the flowers you would like to have incorporated into your design, but please save personal stories for your appointment! I love hearing everyone's stories, but this form is meant strictly for subject matter.

Here are some quick FAQS before you submit with more info on my process:

* I am happy to add to existing work/ re-work a tattoo you are unhappy with! For re-works I will request a consultation so I can see the piece in person to determine what needs to be done.

* I do not typically share designs prior to your appointment. The morning of your appointment we will sit together and I will show you the drawing and explain my process. If you would like small changes made, I can easily do that before starting your tattoo! If you are coming from out of town, we can schedule a video call to look at and talk about the design prior to the appointment.

* To secure your appointment, I do require a deposit. The deposit is non-refundable, so please make sure you are committed before scheduling your appointment. The deposit always come off your total at the end of your tattoo.
