Upon receiving this form, we will send the primary contact an email with an invoice and reminder of payment. Please note that registration and your camper's spot are not confirmed until payment is received. Once payment is received, you will receive confirmation of enrollment.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the start of a camp session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the camp start date are not eligible for a refund, except in cases of documented emergency. To request a cancellation, families must notify us via e-mail.
