LEGAL LIMIT WAIVER
I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following:
Tinting Over Legal Limits: I am knowingly requesting window tinting services that may exceed the legal Visible Light Transmission (VLT) limits for the state of California, including: Front Side Windows: Must allow at least 70% of visible light through. (70%VLT) Windshield Tint:Only allowed above the AS-1 line or the top 4 inches (non-reflective).
Assumption of Risk: I understand that installing tint that exceeds legal limits may result in: Traffic citations or fines, Failed vehicle inspections, Orders for removal by law enforcement, Increased risk in low-visibility conditions.
Release of Liability: I release Cloudeye Tints, its owners, employees, and contractors from any liability or responsibility for: Law enforcement citations, Inspection failures, Accidents or claims resulting from reduced visibility or non-compliance, Any damages resulting from the installation of protective window film.
Customer Responsibility: It is my sole responsibility to be aware of and comply with all local and state tint laws. I fully accept any risks associated with non-compliant installations.
MOBILE TINTING CONDITIONS WAIVER
Outdoor Service Disclosure:
Cloudeye Tints provides mobile tinting services and performs installations outdoors at the customer’s location (e.g., driveway, parking area, residential curbside).
Environmental Conditions Acknowledgment:
I understand that environmental factors may affect installation quality, including: Wind, dust, pollen, insects, and airborne debris, direct sunlight, heat, or humidity, imperfect working surfaces or shadows.
Workmanship Expectations:
While Cloudeye Tints strives for professional-quality work, I understand that minor imperfections (e.g., small dust particles, micro-bubbles, slight edge lift) may occur due to outdoor conditions and are considered acceptable under mobile service industry standards.
Customer Cooperation:
I agree to provide a safe, shaded, and reasonably clean area for installation. I also understand that the installer may reschedule the appointment due to weather, lighting, or unsafe work environments.
