    Facilitated by our experienced directors and internationally accredited board governance trainers, this 3-Day interactive and engaging Board Governance Workshop discusses best practices in good governance, contemporary governance issues and realistic Pacific case studies.

    Our Pacific Board Governance programs strengthen Directors and Executives by building practical governance capability, enhancing legal and fiduciary compliance, and improving strategic decision‑making, risk oversight and stakeholder engagement. The program also develops financial statements literacy and promotes a culture of accountability, transparency, equality and ethical leadership for organisations.

    This Workshop allows delegates and attendees to connect through shared experiences and widen their networks across the Pacific.
