In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound to myself, my executors, administrators and assignees, do hereby waive and release all persons and agencies connected with the derby from all claims for damage arising from participating in and travel to and from the event and allow the use of any phtographs taken of me and my additional participants. I understand that the weather in the Sierra Nevada is unpredictable, that the Derby will take place rain or shine, and that tickets to participate are offered on a no-refunds basis.
