  • Bloom Academy, located in the State of Florida, promotes a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards and responsibilities that guide all students’ behavior to ensure academic excellence and mutual respect.

    Communication and Issue Resolution Protocol
    The teacher is the first point of contact to address and resolve any academic or behavioral question or concern.
    If the situation cannot be resolved at this level, it must be referred to the Academic Coordination for review and guidance.
    If further action is required, an email must be sent to the Deans, who act as the regulatory body for final evaluation and decision.

    1. Principles and Values

    Students must act with respect, honesty, responsibility, and integrity in both in-person and online settings.
    They are expected to contribute positively to the school community and respect diversity.

    2. Academic Conduct

    • Complete assigned tasks and activities.
    • Avoid plagiarism or cheating.
    • Use technology and school resources ethically.

    3. Respect and Interaction

    • Maintain respectful communication with everyone.
    • Avoid discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind.
    • Promote empathy, cooperation, and teamwork.

    4. Responsible Technology Use

    • Devices and Bloom Academy platforms must be used for educational purposes only.
    • Recording, sharing, or publishing institutional materials without prior authorization is prohibited.

    5. Compliance and Consequences

    Failure to comply with this code may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or removal from the program, depending on the severity and school policy.

  • Withdrawal Conditions from the Enrollment Process

    Introduction

    This document defines the policies and procedures applicable in cases of voluntary or administrative withdrawal of a student from Bloom Academy.

    Withdrawal Policies

    1. Voluntary Withdrawal:Students who wish to withdraw from a program must submit a written request to the Admissions Office, stating the reason for withdrawal and the intended date.
    2. Administrative Withdrawal:
      Bloom Academy reserves the right to administratively withdraw a student for non-compliance with institutional policies, non-payment of tuition, or misconduct that violates the Student Code of Conduct.

    3. Refunds:
      Tuition refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to Bloom Academy’s refund policy, based on the date the withdrawal request is received.

    4. Documentation:
      All withdrawal requests must be documented and approved by the Admissions Office.

    5. Re-Enrollment:
      Students who wish to return after withdrawal must complete a new admission process and meet all current admission requirements.

  • Introduction
    This document authorizes Bloom Academy to record, photograph, or capture the student’s image, voice, and participation during academic or institutional activities, whether conducted in-person or virtually.

    Terms of Agreement

    1. Purpose of Recording:Recordings will be used exclusively for educational, institutional, and promotional purposes, including their publication on the Bloom Academy Educational Channel and other official media platforms of the institution.
    2. Confidentiality:Bloom Academy will ensure that all recordings are handled in compliance with privacy and data protection standards, and will not share personal information with unauthorized third parties.
    3. No Financial Compensation:The student (or parent/guardian, if applicable) understands that participation in recordings is voluntary and that no financial compensation will be provided.
    4. Right to Revoke:
      The student may request the withdrawal of specific recordings by submitting a written request to the Academic Coordination, which will review the case.
    5. Duration of Authorization:
      This authorization remains valid for the duration of the student’s enrollment at Bloom Academy, unless revoked in writing.
