Bloom Academy, located in the State of Florida, promotes a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards and responsibilities that guide all students’ behavior to ensure academic excellence and mutual respect.
Communication and Issue Resolution Protocol
The teacher is the first point of contact to address and resolve any academic or behavioral question or concern.
If the situation cannot be resolved at this level, it must be referred to the Academic Coordination for review and guidance.
If further action is required, an email must be sent to the Deans, who act as the regulatory body for final evaluation and decision.

Students must act with respect, honesty, responsibility, and integrity in both in-person and online settings.
They are expected to contribute positively to the school community and respect diversity.
2. Academic Conduct
- Complete assigned tasks and activities.
- Avoid plagiarism or cheating.
- Use technology and school resources ethically.

- Maintain respectful communication with everyone.
- Avoid discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind.
- Promote empathy, cooperation, and teamwork.
4. Responsible Technology Use
- Devices and Bloom Academy platforms must be used for educational purposes only.
- Recording, sharing, or publishing institutional materials without prior authorization is prohibited.
5. Compliance and Consequences
Failure to comply with this code may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or removal from the program, depending on the severity and school policy.
