In order to receive a refund, this online cancellation requests MUST be submitted no later than 5 p.m. on the refund cut off date. All requests received after that time will count as being submitted the next day.

Families may always cancel a camper out of a camp at any time. Our camp refund policy is listed below:
- A cancellation made at least 46 days in advance of the first day of the specified camp will receive a full refund.
- A cancellation made 22-45 days in advance of the first day of the specified camp will receive a 50% refund.
- A cancellation made 21 days or less in advance of the first day of the specified camp will not receive a refund.
