We’re excited to welcome applications for our 4th Annual Holiday Craft Market at Double Barrel Roadhouse! This event has become a beloved holiday tradition, and we’re proud to continue focusing on what matters most — supporting local small businesses and talented makers ❤️
✨ What’s New This Year
To ensure a smooth event and a high-quality shopping experience, we’ve made a few updates:
Vendor approvals will be more selective to maintain a strong variety of products
The majority of spaces are reserved for handmade crafters and makers
Businesses primarily promoting services are encouraged to apply as event sponsors

🛍️ Vendor Details
Booth spaces are 8×8
We cannot offer exclusivity or guarantee specific booth placement
⭐ Premium Booths
A limited number of Premium Booths are available for vendors seeking increased visibility and foot traffic. These booths are placed in high-traffic areas, such as near entrances, main aisles, and key attractions.
Premium booths provide priority placement, but do not guarantee a specific booth number or exclusivity. Final placement is determined by Sweet Cs Events to ensure optimal flow for both vendors and attendees.
Premium booths are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis upon approval.
⚡ Electric
Electric is available for an additional fee of $25 per outlet.
Vendors must select this option during registration and provide their own extension cords and power strips in safe working condition.
🪑 Tables & Chairs
A 6-foot table and two (2) chairs may be provided and placed in your booth for an additional fee of $10.
Vendors may bring their own tables and displays, provided everything fits within the assigned 8×8 booth space.
📣 Vendor Spotlights
Boost your visibility before the event with Vendor Spotlights!
For $10, vendors receive:
Two (2) guaranteed spotlight posts
Features on Sweet Cs Events’ event pages and social media
Content highlighting your business and products
This is a great way to build excitement and reach new customers ahead of the event.
📋 Application & Approval Process
Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis
Acceptance is based on product type and overall event balance
Vendors will receive an email confirming:
Approval, or
Placement on the cancellation list if the category is full
💳 Important Policies
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once approved
Vendors who:
Do not show up
Repeatedly cancel last minute
Arrive late
Leave early
may no longer be eligible to vend at future Sweet Cs Events
🎁 12 Days of Giveaways – Vendor Opportunity
We’re excited to offer a limited number of vendor spots in our 12 Days of Giveaways social media campaign leading up to the event.
What’s Included:
Promotion of your business and products on event pages and social media
Winners are told exactly where to find you at the event
Winners will pick up their prize directly at your booth, creating valuable face-to-face interaction
Extra exposure during one of our most engaging pre-event campaigns
Giveaway Requirements:
Prize must have a minimum value of $25
Prize may be a basket, product bundle, gift set, or gift card
Limited availability — first come, first served
We will contact participating vendors closer to the event to confirm participation, collect prize details, and coordinate promotion.
