Please fill out this form completely before submission. Be sure to include class photos for advertisement purposes and your W9 form (if applicable). Failure to do so may result in a delay or cancellation of your class scheduling.

Classes can be held at the following locations:

The Syd Blackmarr Arts Center - for special occasion classes only.
The Main Street Arts Studio (formerly known as Short and Paulk property)

We are currently looking for instructors to teach either kids or adults in the following disciplines:

floral arrangement

pottery

basketry
crochet
knitting

quilting
graphic design
embroidery
fine arts

*When entering the price of your class please remain within the following suggested ranges: Kids: $15-35 Adults: $25-50.
