We are thrilled to bring back Bow Valley Boot Stomp to Cochrane in July 2026. Please read through the following details and submit your interest.
Please note that the marketplace for this event will be curated to ensure the best experience for our attendees. Completing this form does not guarantee that you will get a spot.
The marketplace will be indoors in the barn area of the event. You are welcome to set up a tent inside if you have a branded one. During the day, the barn will have a stage, bar and seating as well as the marketplace. The marketplace is required to tear down both nights at 9pm as we will be having after parties in the space after the headliners both evenings.

Things To Note
- Spaces are 10x10 - if you'd like to request a bigger space please note it below and we can see if what we can work out with you.
- Set up will begin at 3pm on Friday and 1pm on Saturday.
- Vendors are expected to be self sufficient - including providing their own table, tablecloths and chairs unless rental requested below.
- Power is available at an additional charge of $15/day. Please note below if you require it and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
- Registration includes 2 vendor passes (which gives access to all General Admission areas) + 1 parking pass to Bow Valley Boot Stomp Music Festival - additional vendor passes may be purchased at a discounted rate.
- Camping is available onsite as well. Please note it below if you are interested in staying onsite for the weekend and we'll send you more information on that if you're selected as a vendor.
Payment
Payment is due within 48 hours of the invoice being issued, otherwise you risk losing your spot and we may release it to a vendor on the waiting list. A reminder that we are accepting limited vendors.
Cancellation
Cancellations received with more than 14 days notice can receive a refund of their registration fee, minus a $50 admin fee. Cancellation with less notice is non-refundable.
