Here are some important things you need to do before completing this form:
1) You will need to obtain a reference letter from a teacher, supervisor, mentor, etc. and upload it as part of your application.
2) You will need to upload your transcript as part of the application.
3) Provide the name, phone number, and email address of a cheer-community reference we can contact should you be a finalist (this should be different from the reference in number 1).
4) Be prepared to answer the following questions:
a) What does cheerleading mean to you?
b) How would this financial scholarship impact your success?
c) What are some additional accomplishments you achieved in your academic and cheerleading careers?
IMPORTANT
- In order to complete the form as quickly as possible, you WILL need ALL of the above items.
- You may click Save at the bottom of any page if you need to stop and return to the form later.
- Recipients will not be eligible in consecutive years (i.e. if you received a scholarship in 2025, you will not be eligible for 2026)
- Anyone receiving the award can use the funds for either the summer or fall session following the current cheer season as the intent is to help them continue their education.
Deadline for submissions is February 1, 2026 at 11:59 PST.
Late submissions will not be considered.
